Thank you for shopping at Velocity Printz! Each item is custom-made to order with great care to bring you unique, high-quality apparel inspired by automotive culture. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have a strict refund policy outlined below.

No Refunds for Made-to-Order Items

Since each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or if the size does not fit. We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before placing an order.

Exceptions

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:

 

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We may ask for photos of the defect or damage to assess the issue and determine the best resolution.

  • Incorrect Item: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please let us know, and we will correct the mistake.

Return Process for Eligible Cases

If your item falls under one of the exceptions above, please contact our customer service team at bradlymccullum@velocityprintz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos. Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement.

Shipping Costs

Please note that shipping costs for returns (in the case of eligible refunds or replacements) are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is ours. Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
