Order Processing Times

Each order is made-to-order and crafted with attention to detail. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create your custom apparel.

Shipping Options and Costs

We currently ship across Ontario, Canada, and most other provinces in Canada, with plans to expand to the United States soon.

Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times within Ontario are typically 2-7 business days after processing.
International Shipping (U.S. only):
Once available, international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times to the U.S. are generally 5-10 business days after processing, but may vary based on location and customs processing.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD within Ontario.

Shipping Carriers

Our primary carriers are Canada Post and UPS, providing reliable shipping with tracking capabilities to ensure your order arrives safely.

Potential Delays

Please note that while we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier issues, weather, or customs processing for international orders. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at bradlymccullum@velocityprintz.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you need items shipped to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.
