These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of our website, www.velocityprintz.com (the “Site”), as well as your purchases and interactions with our services. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our Site.

This website is operated by Velocity Printz, a clothing business based in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada. Throughout the Site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Velocity Printz. The Site is hosted on Wix.com, which provides us with the online platform to sell our products and services to you.

By using our Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, or that you are the age of majority and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Site.

All products available on our Site are made-to-order. As a result, slight variations in colors, designs, or sizes may occur. We make every effort to display colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will accurately reflect the actual product color.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our Site. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and shipping fees, as applicable.

Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. Processing times may vary, and estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout. Velocity Printz is not responsible for delays in shipping due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues). For details, please review our Shipping Policy.

Since all clothing is made-to-order, we generally do not offer refunds. Exceptions may apply in cases of product defects or errors on our part. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Velocity Printz or our content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is prohibited.

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these T&C. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Reselling or misrepresenting products purchased from our Site.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our Site, systems, or data.

• Using the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

Velocity Printz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any products or services without prior notice. We also reserve the right to adjust prices, product descriptions, and shipping fees at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velocity Printz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, our products, or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our Site and all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These T&C and any disputes arising from your use of our Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these T&C from time to time to reflect changes in our policies, services, or legal requirements. The updated T&C will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C.
